When will we ship your order?
Ordered a pre-order item?
We'll produce your order together with the rest of the collection and ship it as soon as everything has arrived at our warehouse. The estimated shipping period is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. If, unexpectedly, the delay exceeds 30 days, we'll let you know and you'll be entitled to cancel your order free of charge.
Item in stock?
Your order will be shipped the same business day.
Ordered both pre-order and in-stock items?
We'll ship your order in two separate deliveries: in-stock items will be sent immediately, and your pre-order will follow as soon as it's ready. You'll only pay shipping once—the second shipment is on us.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns
Not quite the right fit? Or simply changed your mind? No problem.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it, and then another 14 days to send it back.
Here's how it works:
- Register your return through our returns portal. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
- We'll provide you with a return label. We charge €5 for the label, which will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange shipping yourself? That's absolutely fine—you'll simply cover the shipping costs yourself.
- Return your parcel, preferably in its original packaging.
- Once we've received your return (or proof that you've shipped it), we'll process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Your refund will also include the standard shipping costs of your original order, when the complete original order is returned.
Of course, you're welcome to try on your items, just as you would in a physical store. However, we cannot accept items that have been worn or washed without applying a deduction for any loss in value.
Please note: underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.
Received a damaged or incorrect item?
That shouldn't happen, and we'll make it right.
Simply email us at hello@thekidding.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, and we'll cover all return shipping costs.
In addition, all products purchased from us are covered by the 2-year statutory warranty.
